The Bucktown Bell

The Bucktown Bell is a “haunted bell” for use by magicians and mystery entertainers. The bell rings normally, then after a secret action by the performer, it cannot be rung again.  The following features distingush the Bucktown Bell from other haunted or spirit bells:

• Individually curated vintage bells.

• Bell rings normally. Can be rung by an audience member.

• When desired, absolutely cannot be rung — by anyone!

Invented and crafted by Gordon Meyer. Gordon searches antique shops and dealers nationwide to find interesting bells, then carefully gimmicks each one to work with two custom-made gaffs. Because each bell is unique, availability is both limited and sporadic. Pricing begins at $100. The Bucktown Bell is used by professionals such as Eugene Burger, Michael Carbonaro, and Lawrence Hass.
